Supervise and manage daily nursing operations in respective department.2. Prepare duty rosters.manage staff deployment,and maintain discipline.3. Ensure adherence to protocols.infection control.and patient documentation.4. Coordinate with clinical assistants/Duty Doctors and administration for patient and relative needs.Assist patients and relatives in routine operations.5. Conduct departmental training and audits.Skills Required:1. Domain Knowledge-Strong clinical knowledgeof respective department.2. Hard Working3. Knowledge of MS Office(Word,Excel)4.
