Regularly monitor daily jobs to ensure continuous operation without disruptions or errors.</li></ul><ul><li>Proactively raise incidents in the ITSM tool and close it within defined SLA.</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to incidents raised by customers promptly and close them within defined SLA.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots to validate their performance against established quality standards prior to production deployment.</li></ul><ul><li>Continually assess and enhance RPA bot performance based on analytical data and user feedback.</li></ul><ul><li>Rapidly detect and rectify any bugs or issues in RPA bots to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate closely with IT developers and product owners to ensure RPA solutions are strategically aligned with business objectives and smoothly integrated into existing systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide comprehensive ongoing support and guidance to ensure proficient use of RPA tools by end-users.</li></ul><ul><li>Systematically document changes to RPA systems, maintaining meticulous version control to support historical tracking and audit facilitation.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain robust communication with Operational Support Teams (OST) and key stakeholders to align RPA activities with broader business needs.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><p><b><br>

1-4 years of experience in the software industry.</li></ul><ul><li>2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position.</li></ul><ul><li>Good knowledge of UiPath Components - UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator (Cloud Version) and UiPath Robot.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with repositories like GitHub.</li></ul><ul><li>Good to have scripting experience in VBA.</li></ul><ul><li>Must be equipped to play both development &amp; operations roles.</li></ul><ul><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.</li></ul><ul><li>Candidates should possess good troubleshooting skills on existing deployed bots.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with ServiceNow tool for ITSM (IT Service Management)</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li></ul></div></div><div><p><b><br>
