Job Summary FedEx Ground Contractor has a full-time linehaul opening for those wishing to be home daily. We&rsquo;re seeking a CDL Class A Truck Driver who thrives on delivering excellence! In this role, you&rsquo;ll operate tractor-trailers equipped with manual and automatic transmissions, hauling no touch fright. Must have a minimum of one-year verifiable tractor trailer experience, be able to obtain a doubles endorement and have a clean criminal record. Healthcare and dental available, and 401K match is offered.Duties<ul><li>Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual and automatic transmissions across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations</li><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle condition, report any issues promptly, and maintain compliance with DOT regulations</li><li>Manage route driving schedules to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing fuel efficiency and safety</li><li>Secure freight properly for transport, ensuring load stability during transit</li><li>Communicate effectively with management regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered on the road</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record</li><li>Proven experience operating tractor-trailers in a commercial setting</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols related to trucking operations</li></ul>We&rsquo;re committed to supporting your growth as a professional driver while providing a safe and rewarding work environment.Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CDL A (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
