We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to keep our rental listings accurate, attractive, and fully optimized across major platforms on weekends.Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Data Entry &amp; Listing Management Specialist to work weekends only. This role focuses on updating availability calendars to match resort information and maintaining our Airbnb and VRBO property listings. You will handle calendar updates, photos, pricing, descriptions, and help build new listings to ensure our properties are accurate and appealing to guests. Hours are flexible based on workload, making this ideal for someone seeking consistent but adaptable weekend work. On-site hands-on training is provided.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accurately update and sync availability calendars for Airbnb and VRBO listings</li><li>Review resort-provided availability reports and calendars</li><li>Enter and adjust booking blocks, blackout dates, and open dates across platforms</li><li>Update listing content including photos, pricing, descriptions, and amenities</li><li>Build and launch new property listings from start to finish</li><li>Perform regular audits to identify and correct any discrepancies in calendars or listings</li><li>Maintain high-quality, consistent, and appealing listings across all platforms</li><li>Support basic administrative tasks related to rental management</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry</li><li>Proficiency with computers and web-based platforms</li><li>Comfortable working with photos, basic image editing, and writing/editing descriptions</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage both repetitive and creative tasks efficiently</li><li>Reliable and organized with excellent time-management skills</li><li>Previous data entry, administrative, Airbnb/VRBO, or listing management experience is a plus (training provided for the right candidate)</li></ul>Work Environment: This is a flexible part-time, weekend-only, in-office position in a supportive and collaborative team setting.
