Overview</b></p><p>
Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Utility Operator (Water/Wastewater), supporting TOS II, at Arnold AFB Tennessee. The selected candidate will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for operating and maintaining or supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.</p><p></p><div><b><i><br>
Open to internal, BNH employees and external candidates.</i></b><b><i>. </i></b>The selected candidate for this requisition must be available to work any shift and shift determination will be made based on the priority of work at the time the selected candidate is cleared to report to work.</div><p></p><p><b><br>
Job Summary</b></p><p>
The successful candidate will perform a variety of manual and technical work as a Utility Operator (Water/Wastewater) under general supervision.</p><p><br>
</p><p><b>Job Duties:</b></p><ul><li>
Adds chemicals to disinfect and deodorize water and other liquids</li><li>
Inspects equipment</li><li>
Monitors operating conditions, meters and gauges to determine load requirements and detect malfunctions</li><li>
Collects and takes samples of water and sewage</li><li>
Records operational data</li><li>
Operates and adjusts controls on equipment</li><li>
Maintains, repairs and lubricates equipment</li><li>
Cleans and maintains tanks, filter beds and other work areas using hand and power tools</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring general housekeeping of assigned areas is maintained</li><li>
Responsible to immediate supervisor on matter relating to operation and operator maintenance if assigned pumping station, coordination with other station and coordination of pumping operations with test facilities</li><li>

Perform other related duties as required</li><li>
It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy</li><li>

Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Four (4) years of progressive experience in the operation of a Potable/Wastewater Plant</li><li>
Must be willing/able to work first, second, third, to include odd and weekend shifts</li><li>
Must be available to work overtime as required</li><li>
Must have working knowledge of computers</li><li>
Will participate in functional specific safety training and related environmental stewardship programs</li><li>
Must be able to obtain and maintain company physical and security requirement to include AEDC computer access</li><li>
Must be able to read, write and speak English well enough to understand, give and take directions</li><li>
Must possess and maintain a valid State driver's license with an acceptable driving record</li><li>
Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract</li><li>

Job Summary</b></p><p>
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing program and project management leadership for a portfolio of large,complex, multidisciplinary projects, including external customer and capital improvement initiatives. These initiatives may include large-scale maintenance, testing, or multiple interfacing projects.</p><p><br>
</p><p><b>Job Duties:</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as a hypersonic subject matter expert, providing technical guidance, mentorship, hands-on support and training to the test engineering team.</li><li>
Support all aspects of internal and external projects, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.</li><li>
Manage a variety of internal and external technical projects, overseeing project scope, schedules, resource utilization, and budget to ensure successful delivery.</li><li>
Oversee the development of comprehensive Project Plans, incorporating risk management, resource allocation, and performance objectives.</li><li>
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure all projects and test activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including systems engineers, electrical engineers, aerospace engineers, and operations personnel, to ensure successful project and test outcomes.</li><li>
Assist other project managers, principles, or officers in the management of large, multidiscipline projects.</li><li>

Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in an engineering discipline or relevant technical field from an accredited university and ten (10) to twenty (20) years progressive and relevant experience in an engineering or related technical field.</li><li>
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and the AEDC local area network.</li><li>
Current U. S. Citizenship required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Active Secret clearance</li><li>
Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, and other project-related activities, including their interfaces and interdependencies.</li><li>
Experience working with project resource scheduling software such as MS-Project or Primavera.</li><li>
Ability to plan, organize, lead and monitor a wide variety of team efforts to their successful conclusion.</li><li>
