<div></div><div><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></div>
<div></div><ul><li>Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued</li>
<li>Communicate effectively to ensure clients are satisfied with the services rendered</li>
<li>Perform hair and beard cutting, trimming, and styling according to the clients&rsquo; preferences, along with other services, including but not limited to massages (arm, hand, and scalp), color services, shaving, and waxing</li>
<li>Perform other services such as utilizing our POS system accurately to add notes in client&rsquo;s accounts</li>
<li>Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions</li>
<li>Work cohesively with the salon team to achieve the salon performance goals</li>
</ul>

<div></div><ul><li>Valid State of Virginia Cosmetologist or Barber License</li>
<li>Superior client service and communication skills</li>
<li>At least one year of salon or barbershop experience</li>
<li>Proficiency in men&rsquo;s grooming particularly haircuts and beard care</li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul></div>
