Overview:</div>
Support the Customer Insights efforts by providing retailer, consumer purchasing, product sales analysis and reports that are used to support the objectives of both Boar&rsquo;s Head and our retail partners. This support will include, but not be limited to, sales tracking, assortment analysis, distribution reviews and promotional performance.<div></div><div>
Job Description:</div><div>
Essential Functions</div><ul><li>
Identify business trends and drivers and communicate findings.</li><li>
Synthesize/analyze syndicated, internal, and retailer data to support the business needs of Boar&rsquo;s Head and the assigned retailer sales teams.</li><li>
Extract retail sales data from internal systems and organize them for the audience according to accessibility privileges.</li><li>
Leverage third-party data resources to broaden perspective and identify opportunities; third-party resources include Circana syndicated data and Home Scan Panel, Nielsen TDLinx and Spectra geography attributing and targeting, retail performance tracking, and Numerator Promotions ad collection.</li><li>
Develop presentations that tell a story of opportunities and solutions to prompt action.</li><li>
Prepare key opportunities, scorecards, and promotional effectiveness analysis for both Boar&rsquo;s Head and appropriate retailer sales teams</li><li>
Present insights and presentations to internal sales and marketing.</li><li>
Work independently or collaboratively to complete tasks and projects.</li><li>
Perform all and any other tasks assigned by Boar&rsquo;s Head management personnel</li></ul><div></div><div>
Education and Experience</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (in Business Administration, Marketing or a closely related field) preferred.</li><li>
Minimum 1-year experience in the Consumer Products Goods industry in an analytical/category management role preferred.</li><li>
Experience with syndicated data (Circana and/or Nielsen) and analysis background preferred.</li><li>
PC Keyboard, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau.</li><li>
Strong reading and writing comprehension skills, previous business writing curriculum preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Industry-Specific knowledge, skills &amp; abilities needed</div><ul><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.</li><li>
Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated sales data/POS is preferred.</li><li>
Experience with advanced analytics tools is preferred.</li><li>
Experience with shopper data (loyalty card or panel) is preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div>

This position requires the ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and be proactive. The candidate must also maintain confidentiality to ensure that the integrity of the Boar&rsquo;s Head Brand is not jeopardized.</div><div></div><div>
