This role requires strong ownership, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit. Your success will be measured by meeting sales goals, providing accurate estimates, and supporting our overall company objectives.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Take ownership of measuring, estimating, and selling all assigned opportunities.</li><li>Respond promptly to new customer estimate requests.</li><li>Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions from our product offerings.</li><li>Ensure precise measurement and documentation of roof data and estimate calculations.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales manager on planning and logistics.</li><li>Keep your notes, photos, and information updated in our CRM system.</li><li>Provide valuable feedback on sales and marketing challenges.</li><li>Process all required documentation when a job is sold.</li><li>Ensure correct invoicing and billing information for our accounting team.</li><li>Liaise between customers and the roofing operations team for seamless installations.</li><li>Review completed jobs and offer feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all settings.</li><li>Keep your workspace, including the office and vehicle, tidy.</li><li>Continuously improve your selling and negotiation skills.</li><li>Handle customer issues from start to finish, ensuring satisfaction.</li><li>Follow up with customers post-installation to ask for referrals and feedback.</li><li>Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on pending opportunities.</li><li>Generate sales leads beyond company marketing efforts.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to set up ladders and climb roofs up to a 6/12 pitch.</li><li>Computer literacy and proficiency with CRM systems.</li><li>Strong communication skills with customers, the office, and crew.</li><li>Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer needs.</li><li>Always available and responsive to customer inquiries.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
