Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive mechanical expertise to perform a wide range of vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately. Your ability to diagnose complex issues, interpret schematics, and execute repairs on various vehicle systems will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for seasoned technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about automotive excellence.Duties<ul><li>Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including diesel engines, powertrains, electrical systems, and auto body components.</li><li>Utilize automotive diagnostics tools and schematics to identify issues accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Conduct advanced repairs involving ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), wheel alignments, and vehicle electrical systems.</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to complete repairs with precision.</li><li>Diagnose engine performance problems, including diesel engine repair and general automotive troubleshooting.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and safety standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations clearly.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven dealership experience or equivalent automotive repair background with a focus on complex vehicle systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and diagnostic procedures.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge spanning powertrain components, vehicle maintenance routines, and auto service best practices.</li><li>Experience working with diesel engines and performing automotive diagnostics using modern scan tools.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
