Join one of Arizona&rsquo;s largest and fastest-growing boba tea house groups as we launch our newest location in Lake Forest, California!We&rsquo;re looking for friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Boba Baristas to join our team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages&mdash;including our signature boba teas&mdash;and light snacks. Whether you&rsquo;re greeting customers with a smile or crafting drinks with precision, you&rsquo;ll play an essential part in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming environment</li><li>Provide drink menus and answer questions about ingredients and customization options</li><li>Take accurate orders, noting customer preferences (e.g., sweetness level, toppings, dairy choices)</li><li>Prepare beverages and snacks following company recipes and quality standards</li><li>Serve drinks and light food items such as cookies, pastries, and muffins</li><li>Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and front-of-house area</li><li>Follow proper store opening and closing procedures based on shift, including:</li></ul>▪ Cooking and prepping ingredients (e.g., boba) for the day▪ Cleaning and sanitizing all areas, including the kitchen and restroom▪ Taking out the trash and disposing of waste properly<ul><li>Restock supplies as needed</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines</li><li>Relay customer feedback to managers and suggest potential new menu items</li><li>Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support daily operations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must be 18 years or older</li><li>Must be able to work on weekends</li><li>Prior barista or kitchen experience preferred</li><li>Motivated and willing to take initiative</li><li>Flexible availability for various shifts</li><li>Basic math and cash-handling skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to understand and respond to customer preferences</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li></ul>Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
