<p>Representative on the Doosan Information and Communications America applications support team. Supports operational issues in existing systems, including, but not limited to: ERP; Finance; MES; and Dealer Portal. Participates in activities transitioning software from project build to operational support phases.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Role &amp; Responsibility</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Assist functional leads in all aspects of system support, including troubleshooting, testing, and documenting of issues found by users</li>
<li>Documents corrective actions taken to resolve logged incidents</li>
<li>Demonstrate problem solving skills in order to address system and process issues that arise in the functional business areas</li>
<li>Engage necessary Subject Matter Experts to effectively develop and implement change requests</li>
<li>Develop training material with a focus on the Oracle eBusiness &amp; SAP ERP systems</li>
<li>Participate in, and co-lead formal training activities targeted towards a global end user community</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in MIS or Computer Science.</li>
<li>3.0 or higher GPA preferred</li>
<li>Be able to commit to Doosan Information and Communications America for the entire term of the co-op (8 months)</li>
<li>Experience Required: 0&gt;2 years</li>
<li>Travel Required: &lt;10%</li>
<li>A working knowledge and understanding of client computing technologies and their interworkings</li>
<li>Ability to follow written instructions</li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable in PC hardware and software</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong Interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong Troubleshooting Skills</li>
<li>Work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload</li>
<li>Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestones</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task technical fast</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with multi-culture and multi-language environment</li>
