Fills Customers' mail and telephone orders from stored merchandise in accordance with specifications on sales slips or order forms. Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Role &amp; Responsibility</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Perform any combination of tasks including picking, put away, packing (small pack and pallets), receiving, bulk picking, shipping (UPS and pallets), checking, and hose picking</li>
<li>Read production schedule, customer order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed</li>
<li>Move materials from receiving to storage areas by sorting/scanning material to proper storage area</li>
<li>Fill requisitions, work orders, POs, or invoices</li>
<li>Assemble order from inventory and move to packing station for shipping</li>
<li>Properly pack and mark container for shipping</li>
<li>Load materials onto vehicle or prepare for transportation pick up</li>
<li>Perform general clean up and equipment maintenance of assigned area and equipment/tools</li>
<li>Perform inventory cycle counts</li>
<li>Perform Basic Data Entry</li>
<li>Perform additional duties assigned by company management</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

</div><div><ul><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.</li>
<li>Education and/or Experience</li>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Mathematical Skills</li>
<li>Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.</li>

Solution Design:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop architectural blueprints and detailed technical designs that align with business requirements.</li>
<li>Create high-level and detailed design documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications.</li>
</ul>
<p>Stakeholder Collaboration:</p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.</li>
<li>Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p>Technical Guidance:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Review code, design, and architecture to ensure adherence to best practices and alignment with architectural standards.</li>

<p>Implementation Oversight:</p>

<li>Oversee the implementation of solutions to ensure they meet the specified architecture and design.</li>
<li>Conduct architecture reviews and audits to ensure compliance with strategic goals and technical standards.</li>

<p>Innovation and Best Practices:</p>
<ul>
<li>Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.</li>
<li>Identify and recommend new technologies, tools, and practices to improve the quality and efficiency of solutions.</li>

<p>Problem Solving:</p>
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during development and deployment.</li>
<li>Provide support and guidance to development and operations teams as needed.</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>3-5 years of experience in a technical role such as Developer, Systems Analyst, or similar positions.</li>
<li>Proven experience in designing and implementing software and system solutions.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of systems architecture and design principles</li>
<li>Proficiency with SAP Variant Configuration(VC) and related services</li>
<li>Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, SQL).</li>
<li>Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).</li>
<li>Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functions.</li>
<li>Travel Standard &lt; 25%</li>
