<ul><li>Exposure to SDLC from reviewing requirements through to debugging complex systems in Production.</li>
<li>Strong theoretical fundamentals and hands-on experience designing and implementing highly covered automated testing environments.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in software quality assurance engineering with demonstrated proficiency in related tools and technologies such as Selenium / Cypress, Jmeter etc.</li>
<li>Experience in testing enterprise software, event driven microservices architecture, and distributed systems at scale.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering degree.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>You will be responsible for:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Work as a senior software quality assurance engineer, heading and handling both automated and manual testing of mobile apps, APIs and web apps</li>
<li>Black box, security, regression, usability, performance, and stress testing</li>
<li>Creating test plans and cases</li>
<li>Ensuring test cases have a high level of test coverage.</li>
<li>Prioritizing and executing tests</li>
<li>Maintenance of the test environment</li>
<li>Tracking software bugs and investigating the causes</li>
<li>Preparing detailed test reports</li>
<li>Pointing out problem areas</li>
<li>Working with large scale, highly available and resilient modern financial systems.</li>
<li>Working with automated deployment, enabling code release multiple times a day.</li>
<li>Working with modern tools and languages that excite you.</li>
<li>Being an integral part of a team, in addition to its culture and ways of working. Common practices include agile methodologies.</li>

You should apply if you have:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Up to 1 year in a QA role at a SaaS company</li>
<li>3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales/ customer service experience</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Fluency in both languages: Punjabi and English</li>
<li>Salesforce is a MUST</li>
<li>Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of industry standards, company policies and services</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>You will be responsible for:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of Bobtails services to confirm quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables</li>
<li>Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as Onboarding, Retention and Buyout Specialist environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs</li>
<li>Analyze and investigate service complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints</li>
<li>Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development</li>
<li>Provide training and support to quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes</li>
