OVERVIEW: The Storeroom Clerk at Boca West Country Club is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing stock, and supporting the efficient operation of the storeroom. This role involves receiving, inspecting, and storing supplies and equipment, ensuring proper documentation, and assisting with inventory control to support various club departments. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory Receiving &amp; Storage
<ul><li>
Receive and inspect incoming supplies and equipment for quality and accuracy.</li><li>
Properly store items in designated locations within the storeroom.</li><li>
Maintain organized storage areas for easy access and inventory control.</li><li>
Record and document all incoming items accurately in inventory management systems.</li></ul>

Inventory Management &amp; Control
<ul><li>
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, usage, and reorder points.</li><li>
Support the timely replenishment of supplies to prevent shortages.</li><li>
Assist with inventory audits and reporting.</li></ul>

Stock Organization &amp; Maintenance
<ul><li>
Ensure supplies are stored safely, cleanly, and in accordance with safety standards.</li><li>
Label and identify stock for easy identification and retrieval.</li><li>
Assist in organizing stockrooms for maximum efficiency and safety.</li></ul>

Operational Support
<ul><li>
Support departmental requests for supplies and equipment.</li><li>
Assist with the distribution of supplies to various departments.</li><li>
Support the procurement process by providing inventory data and ordering assistance.</li></ul>

Safety &amp; Compliance

Follow safety protocols for handling supplies and equipment.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and hazard-free storeroom environment.</li><li>
Report safety hazards, damages, or supply shortages to management.</li></ul>

Assisting skilled craftspersons and maintenance staff, this role helps execute routine repairs, landscape improvements, and installation projects to ensure the courses remain pristine, aesthetically stunning, and operationally sound, delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in Course Maintenance &amp; Improvement
<ul><li>
Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as planting, irrigation, and landscape enhancements on the golf courses.</li><li>
Support in installing, repairing, and maintaining course features, signage, and fixtures.</li><li>
Help with small carpentry, plumbing, or electrical tasks related to course infrastructure.</li></ul>

Project Assistance
<ul><li>
Prepare work areas, including gathering tools, materials, and setting up safety barriers.</li><li>
Assist senior craftspersons with small-scale projects, renovations, and landscaping efforts.</li><li>
Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure quality and safety standards.</li></ul> 


Tools &amp; Equipment Care

Maintain and organize tools, machinery, and equipment used for course maintenance.</li><li>
Support in cleaning and inspecting equipment to ensure proper functioning.</li><li>
