Position Summary:
Support of the culinary team in proper order execution, food preparation and cleanliness in a high level of dedication
Responsibilities:

Follow proper sanitation and food storage standards</li><li>
Prep food or follow recipes for menu items</li><li>

Requirements:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.<ul><li>
Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in food preparation position is required.</li><li>
Country Club experience a plus</li><li>
Ability to prep and plate up ala carte and special event appetizers and entrees.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining par stocks of daily items</li><li>
Ability to read daily event orders and prep sheets</li><li>
Ability to accommodate special requests from members</li></ul>

Responsible for hiring, coaching, disciplinary action, and ensuring proper documentation is completed.</li><li>
Focused on continued development of a culture in which all staff are committed creating &ldquo;wow&rdquo; moments for Members and guests.</li><li>
Works closely with Club partnerships and approved consultants to ensure successful recruitment, retention and performance of the team members who represent the Organization.</li><li>
Greets guests and maintains a visible and approachable presence throughout the operation.</li><li>
Responds to member/guest complaints and promptly addresses their concerns.</li><li>
Holds and attends regular team meetings for reports, developing alignment across all areas of responsibility.</li><li>
As a &ldquo;Team Player&rdquo; of Boca Woods Country Club, the Clubhouse Manager must be flexible and is required to perform any job, in whatever capacity, as requested by the General Manager that may be necessary for the smooth operation of Boca Woods Country Club.</li></ul></div>
