Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>
Serve as a key member of the Plant Management Team, ensuring that business strategy aligns with Human Capital systems, processes, and Bocar Values and Principles.</li><li>
Partner with plant leadership to promote a strong organizational culture rooted in safety, integrity, and respect, in accordance with legal and company standards.</li><li>
Implement and oversee Talent Management tools and procedures to support recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.</li><li>
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee development, and succession planning based on business needs and assessment data.</li><li>
Translate current and future business conditions into effective HR strategies and action plans, ensuring proactive workforce planning.</li><li>
Anticipate and address human capital challenges, partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver sustainable HR solutions.</li><li>
Lead the implementation of new HR initiatives, services, and processes across the site to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.</li><li>
Maintain positive employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and fostering a productive workplace environment.</li><li>
Provide expert support in conflict resolution and employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.</li></ul>
Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Industrial Engineering required; Master&rsquo;s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.</li><li>
5&ndash;7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Expertise in at least one key HR area: Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation &amp; Rewards, HR Analytics, or Shared Services.</li><li>
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems a strong plus.</li><li>
Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and understanding of modern HR practices.</li><li>
Proven ability to influence, coach, and partner with leadership at all levels.</li><li>
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.</li></ul>
