Responsibilities

<li>Execute concepts for explainer videos, corporate videos and digital ads.</li>
<li>Play an active role in participating video ideation, scoping and strategy for storytelling.</li>
<li>You will be part of discussions about workflow, production efficiencies and innovation.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Proven experience in After Effects & Premiere Pro.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills
 <ul>
<li>Eagerness to handle multiple projects at a time.</li>
<li>Ability to linear edit with finesse.</li>
</ul>

<li>Interviewing</li>
<li>Recruiting</li>
<li>Induction & Onboarding</li>
<li>Timely Feedback and Grievance handling</li>
<li>Engagement initiatives & more</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Experience from service sector, ideally our creative business with a minimum of 3 years experience.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills
 <ul>
<li>Be visual by nature. Understand about the creative business. Most of the work is to comb and identify good talent that applies.</li>
<li>Continuous process, best practices, habits inculcation and oversight.</li>
<li>Above average English skills - both spoken and written. If this skill is missing, it's a no-go for us.</li>
