We are looking for individuals committed to nurturing children through developmentally appropriate and creative methods inspired by Steiner, J Krishnamurthi and Aurobindo philosophies.Responsibilities :Teaching &amp; Learning<ul><li>Understand and implement Bodhi&rsquo;s nature-based curriculum and child-centric pedagogy.</li><li>Prepare the classroom and learning environment in line with the philosophy and methodology.</li><li>Facilitate learning by building authentic and caring relationships with children.</li><li>Support children&rsquo;s cognitive, emotional, and social development through age-appropriate and meaningful activities.</li><li>Encourage expression and exploration through storytelling, free play, artistic mediums, nature walks, and rhythm-based routines.</li></ul>Classroom &amp; Child Development<ul><li>Create and maintain a warm, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing classroom environment.</li><li>Foster essential social and life skills through circle time, routines, and group activities.</li><li>Observe and document the developmental progress of children.</li><li>Ensure the emotional safety and overall well-being of each child.</li></ul>School Ethos &amp; Teamwork<ul><li>Collaborate closely with other teachers and school leadership to co-create a vibrant school culture.</li><li>Participate in festivals, school events, and teacher development workshops.</li><li>Uphold and model school values of reverence, empathy, and intentionality.</li><li>Contribute actively to team meetings, feedback circles, and ongoing learning initiatives.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Deep love and respect for children and childhood.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Interest or experience in artistic practices (drawing, painting, storytelling, music, performing arts).</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team with flexibility and enthusiasm.</li><li>Prior teaching experience preferred.
