Bodine Orthodontics is seeking to hire a Treatment Coordinator for our growing 2 location orthodontics specialty practice. Duties include taking patient records (photos and xrays), coordinating treatment plans and partnering with our patients on financial arrangements to make affording treatment with our practice work for each individual family. In our practice the Treatment Coordinator is an empowered advocate between the practice and our potential patients, helping gather and setup the patient and practice for success prior to and throughout the new patient exam process. The position requires someone who can work independently within our processes to confirm appointments before hand, coordinate the treatment plan along with Dr. Bodine during the new patient exam, and handle post exam communication with our great dental partners and follow up with patients in order to help receiving treatment with our office and getting a great smile a reality in our patient's lives. The position offers a competitive wage and possibility for an incentive bonus structure once the hire is comfortable with the job and is a great way to provide true value to the business and our patients. Orthodontic/dental experience is preferred but not an absolute requirement. We're looking for the right person to help support our strong team and wonderful families and can train and support on the specifics of the role.Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
