The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will lead mechanical engineering design and product development for Body Art Alliance&rsquo;s FK Irons product portfolio, including tattoo machines, accessories, and related equipment. This individual will also lead design activities to support other product lines such furniture and various other brands in the product portfolio</div></div><p>
</p><div><div>This role is responsible for owning the full product development lifecycle, from concept development and CAD design through prototyping, testing, manufacturing support, and continuous product improvement.</div></div><p>
</p><div><div>The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will work closely with internal teams and external partners including contract manufacturers, product teams, and engineering vendors to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet BAA&rsquo;s performance and quality standards.</div></div><p>
</p><div><div>This position will also play a key role in building internal engineering capability, reducing reliance on external design firms, and supporting the long-term roadmap for in-house product development and innovation.</div></div><p>

</b></div></div><div><div><b>Product Development &amp; Engineering</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Lead New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) for FK Irons products including machines, accessories, and supporting hardware.</div></li><li><div>
Design and develop mechanical systems for tattoo equipment including drive systems, housings, power components, and accessories.</div></li><li><div>
Redesign and improve existing products to enhance performance, durability, and manufacturability.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with Product Management to define product features, functionality, and technical requirements.</div></li><li><div>
Expand into other product lines as required</div></li></ul><p>

Support consolidation of SolidWorks licenses and PDM systems across BAA brands.

Develop and improve manufacturing fixtures and assembly processes.</div></li><li><div>
Support vendor quality investigations and root cause analysis.</div></li></ul><p>

</p><p>The Body Art Alliance (BAA) is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with strong experience in both print and digital design. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a solid understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and production processes. This role will support a wide range of projects including packaging, marketing materials, digital assets, event graphics, and more. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling designs that reflect our multiple in-house brands and resonate with our diverse audience across the permanent makeup (PMU) and beauty space.</p><p>
Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Design Development: Create original, engaging visual content that communicates the intended message clearly and cohesively across print and digital formats for multiple PMU brands. Including packaging, digital assets, emails, sell sheets, front end web design, UX/UI, blog graphics and print marketing materials.</li><li>
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing managers, copywriters, art directors, and other creative team members to understand project goals, target audience, and messaging.</li><li>
Visual Asset Selection &amp; Creation: Use or create brand appropriate graphics and assets to design compelling, on-message campaigns that are outlined in project briefs.</li><li>
Typography &amp; Layout: Select fonts and design layout concepts that align with brand standards, project goals and marketing standards. Provide sample designs for approval and iterate based on feedback.</li><li>
Feedback &amp; Revisions: Present design drafts for review, participate in constructive feedback sessions, and revise work to meet project requirements in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>
Prepress &amp; Production: Prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy for output.</li><li>
Brand Consistency: Uphold and apply brand guidelines across all materials to ensure a unified visual identity.</li><li>
Other Duties: Provide creative support on other design needs or initiatives as assigned.</li></ul><p>
Skills:
</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.</li><li>
2-4 years of professional experience in both print and digital design.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD).</li><li>
Solid understanding of foundational graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.</li><li>
Familiarity with packaging and pre-press standards.
</li><li>Knowledge of digital platform requirements for front end web design, UX/UI, email, and social media.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>
