What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><ul><li>
Design and coordinate site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility systems for complex projects.</li><li>
Analyze zoning regulations, site conditions, and environmental constraints to guide design decisions.</li><li>
Perform stormwater management and hydrology calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D and design software.</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver cohesive design packages.</li><li>
Review technical reports, construction documents, and cost estimates.</li><li>
Mentor junior engineers and assist in technical training and quality review.</li><li>
Support client communication, permitting efforts, and coordination with review agencies.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

What You&rsquo;ll Bring</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>
6+ years of experience in civil/site design, grading, drainage, and permitting.</li><li>
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater management design software.</li><li>
Strong understanding of local zoning, site development processes, and regulatory standards.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.</li><li>
PE license preferred; EIT required or in progress.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

In this role, you&rsquo;ll support site design projects from concept to completion, working closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to create practical, buildable, and creative solutions.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
