About the role
A detail-oriented team member who will work directly with other e-commerce fulfillment team members to execute online orders effectively and efficiently. Someone who can work independently with little supervision and or within a team in a fast-paced environment
What you'll do<ul><li>
Move product/supplies from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas</li><li>
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, and color or product code</li><li>
Ensure accuracy of transfer documentation to and from store location and warehouse or other store locations</li><li>
Help in the merchandising and floor stocking as needed</li><li>
Steam, hang, or fold merchandise before putting out on the floor</li><li>
Ensure the stock room is accessible and safe for employee traffic</li><li>
Mark materials with identifying information using an appropriate method (tagging)</li><li>
Assist in counting of physical inventory</li><li>
May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed</li><li>
Sweep, dust, mop, and other housekeeping duties of backroom and sales floor</li><li>
Always keep and organize the stock room and work area for cleanliness and free of debris</li><li>
Pick up product/supplies from corporate warehouse and deliver to designated store location; this may require the usage of personal vehicle</li><li>
Communicate merchandise and supply needs with the store and corporate management to ensure proper merchandise levels and supplies in conjunction with store manager to avoid additional deliveries</li><li>
Performs all other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Minimum high school education or equivalent</li><li>
One year of prior warehouse experience preferred</li><li>
Excellent organization, verbal and written skills</li><li>
Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications</li><li>
Excel at time management and multi-tasking</li><li>
Ability to count and perform mathematical equations</li><li>
Must have current drivers license and current vehicle insurance</li></ul> 
Physical Demands:<ul><li>
Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms</li><li>
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance</li><li>
Must regularly lift and or move objects up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and or move 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move objects that weigh more than 75 or more pounds</li><li>
Specific vision abilities are required for this job which includes close vision, distance vision, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception</li></ul>

We are looking for a highly organized, creative Influencer Coordinator to support our growing influencer program while also assisting with social media content creation. 
Position Overview
The Influencer Coordinator will manage day-to-day influencer partnerships while supporting the creation of social media content for Bohme. This role blends relationship management, campaign coordination, and hands-on content creation.
You will work closely with the marketing, social, and creative teams to ensure influencer campaigns run smoothly while helping produce content that aligns with Bohme&rsquo;s aesthetic and brand voice. 
Key Responsibilities<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Influencer Program Management</h4><ul><li>
Identify, research, and recruit influencers that align with Bohme&rsquo;s brand and target audience</li><li>
Manage influencer outreach, communication, and relationship building</li><li>
Coordinate product gifting, campaign briefs, and posting timelines</li><li>
Track influencer deliverables and ensure all content is delivered on time</li><li>
Monitor influencer performance and report on campaign results</li><li>
Manage influencer contracts, usage rights, and approvals</li>
Maintain and organize influencer database and partnerships

Campaign Coordination</h4><ul><li>
Assist in planning influencer campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives</li><li>
Coordinate campaign briefs, creative direction, and content guidelines</li><li>
Ensure influencers follow brand messaging and content requirements</li>
Collaborate with paid media and social teams to maximize top-performing influencer content

Content Creation Support</h4><ul><li>
Assist with filming social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms</li><li>
Help edit short-form videos and prepare content for posting</li><li>
Support content planning and brainstorming for social campaigns</li>
Work with the creative team to ensure content aligns with Bohme&rsquo;s brand aesthetic

Product Seeding &amp; Community Engagement</h4><ul><li>
Coordinate product gifting to creators, stylists, and brand partners</li><li>
Track gifted product and resulting content</li><li>
Support community engagement by identifying creators already wearing and loving Bohme</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content creation</li><li>
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and influencer marketing trends</li><li>
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once</li><li>
Comfortable assisting with content creation and social media production</li><li>
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, or similar tools preferred)</li></ul> 
Preferred Skills<ul><li>
Experience working with influencer management platforms</li><li>
Familiarity with fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands</li><li>
Strong eye for social media aesthetics and storytelling</li><li>
