The Product Delivery Group at BOLD works closely with stakeholders across the Customer Experience Team. We collaborate with product management, UX, analytics and other project stakeholders to create successful and effective customer-centric solutions for job seekers.</p>

In India, the Product Delivery Group is amalgamation of latest technology, niche processes and tech-savvy people. As part of Product Delivery Group you will be working on any of our brands like MyPerfectResume.com, Resume-Now.com, LiveCareer.com which provide users with access to tools and resources to help them create and customize resumes, cover letters, and job applications. The team is responsible for delivering highly optimized and highly performant web applications using some of the latest technologies like React JS, Next JS, Node JS, .Net, PHP etc.</p>

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conducting analysis of website and application requirements.</li>
<li>Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP and JavaScript modules</li>
<li>Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting application and code issues.</li>
<li>Integrating data storage solutions.</li>
<li>Responding to integration requests from front-end developers.</li>
<li>Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications.</li>
<li>Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL NEED</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Possess strong skills on the LAMP/WAMP stack, comfortable managing MySQL databases, and an in-depth knowledge of PHP with OOPS</li>
<li>Wordpress plugin and theme development, or equivalent experience in another CMS.</li>
<li>Possess a solid understanding of JavaScript Frameworks, jQuery, performance optimization, and a grasp of REST API for custom development.</li>
<li>Basic front-end skills such as HTML and CSS are a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with sql Databases and their declarative query language</li>
<li>Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook etc)</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical, and problem solving skills</li>
<li>Experience of using Source Control (Mercurial/SVN/Git)</li>
<li>Familiar with SEO, SEM methodologies</li>
<li>Should be a team player</li>

These services help to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure fast and reliable application releases while maintaining security and compliance. Techops help teams monitor applications and infrastructure, create resilient infrastructure, identify and resolve IT service issues, manage vendors, and ensure cloud security and compliance. The team also focuses on continuous learning and implementing new technologies to provide better value to the organization.</p>

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO</b></p>

<li>Design and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.</li>
<li>Productionize ML/GenAI services, collaborating with data scientists on model serving and workflow optimization.</li>
<li>Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability to reduce MTTR and ensure production reliability.</li>
<li>Manage data/feature stores and search infrastructure for scalable ML inference.</li>
<li>Automate CI/CD for ML models and infrastructure with governance and security compliance.</li>
<li>Handle security patching, cost optimization, and 24x7 on-call rotations for critical services.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functionally with development, QA, ops, and data teams to innovate build/deployment processes.
</li></ul><p><b>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL NEED</b></p>
<ul>
<li>4.5+ years (Sr Engineer)/7+ years (Module Lead) in AWS MLOps with hands-on SageMaker (Pipelines, Model Registry, Studio), EMR, OpenSearch (kNN/vector search).</li>
<li>Python/Bash scripting for CI/CD, provisioning, monitoring of FastAPI/Spring Boot web services; and Linux servers (Solr/OpenSearch).</li>
<li>AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions) with cost control, reporting; databases (MySQL, MongoDB).</li>
<li>Strong Linux and networking fundamentals;</li>
