In this role, you won't just manage a team&mdash;you will partner with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations to build a high-quality pipeline and accelerate growth for our global marketplace. You will be responsible for translating high-level business priorities into scalable, measurable programs that turn strategy into operational excellence. What you'll do</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive Pipeline &amp; GTM Alignment: Own marketing&rsquo;s contribution to both new business and expansion pipelines. Partner with Sales to align campaigns across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.</li>
<li>Lead Demand Gen &amp; Growth Strategy: Orchestrate paid digital (search, social, display) and channel distribution. You will obsess over lead quality, funnel conversion, and CAC efficiency.</li>
<li>Scale Lifecycle &amp; ABM: Build and scale robust lifecycle marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. Collaborate with Account Management to drive retention, upsells, and cross-sell engagement.</li>
<li>Activate GTM Programs: Partner with Product Marketing to turn positioning into executable, multi-channel campaigns. Ensure messaging is consistent and product priorities are seamlessly integrated into pipeline generation.</li>
<li>Optimize Performance &amp; Insights: In partnership with RevOps, define funnel metrics and attribution models. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform future GTM investment decisions.</li>
<li>Mentor and Lead: Guide and grow a high-performing team across Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, CRM/Lifecycle, and Marketing Operations.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What you'll need
</b></p><ul><li>The Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership in high-growth SaaS, ecommerce, or marketplace environments.</li>
<li>The Expertise: Deep functional mastery of demand generation, performance marketing, and lifecycle/CRM marketing.</li>
<li>Marketplace Savvy: A strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics, specifically the interplay between B2B and B2C.</li>
<li>Commercial Acumen: You understand revenue drivers and business economics. While you don&rsquo;t &quot;own&quot; the revenue number, you are commercially aware and results-driven.</li>
<li>Collaborative Leadership: A proven track record of aligning Product Marketing and Sales organizations to drive unified outcomes.</li>
<li>Data-First Mindset: You use data to inform decisions, optimize performance, and iterate rapidly in a test-and-learn environment.</li>
<li>Agility: You thrive in fast-paced environments and have the execution skills to turn strategy into measurable business impact.</li>
</ul>

</b></p><ul><li>Background in online recruiting, job marketplaces, or HR tech.</li>
<li>Experience evolving an organization from &quot;lead gen&quot; focus to a &quot;pipeline-focused&quot; performance engine.</li>
<li>Experience in post-acquisition/integration environments or operating in global, multi-region businesses.</li>

</b></p><div>$190,000&mdash;$240,000 USD</div><p><b>
Pay Transparency
</b></p><p>Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.</p>
