 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ol>

 Order Management:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Receive and review orders from sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate cost sheets for scope verification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) to understand job execution, document management &amp; technical matters
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Customer and Vendor Coordination:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Complete documentation management
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Documentation and Scheduling:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare manufacturing schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit contractual documents for customer approval, including the final submission index.
 </li>
 <li>
 Release Purchase Requisitions (PR) to purchase and close orders for Bought Out (BO) items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare documents for customer approval and collect documents from sub-vendors for final approval.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Internal Coordination:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal engineering, purchase, sales, QC, and production teams for timely submission of documents and manufacturing of items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review purchase orders before releasing them to vendors, ensuring value, payment terms, warranty, and other contractual agreements are met.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Reporting and Management:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Submit monthly progress reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage change orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Transfer orders to factory for production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expedite vendors and customers for the approval of engineering deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct review and expediting meetings with clients and vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely claims of invoices and other receivables.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Inspection and Quality Assurance, logistics:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Align inspections of BO items and internally manufactured items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the quality team in clearing BO items for timely delivery and technical alignment as per job requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate packing lists and finalize packing vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting logistics team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Finalize transportation where freight is in Boldrocchi&rsquo;s scope.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ol>

 Final Documentation and Dispatch:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit the final dossier and vendor data record book.
 </li>
 <li>
 Station at Factory to ensure job dispatch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange the dispatch of materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Visit sites for material reconciliation or to address site issues.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Support Services:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist Boldrocchi India Services with root cause analysis and coordinate with clients for issue resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in uploading invoices on portals and payment collection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the finance team in account reconciliation and preparation of account statements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Float purchase requisitions for BO items and finalize them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Allocate and appoint service engineers for BO items products (VFD, Turbine, Motor, Lube Oil System, etc.).
 </li>
