The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and timely delivery.  Job Description:
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Production Manager
 
 to oversee all manufacturing operations for our heavy-duty industrial blowers and fans. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high product quality, and optimize resource utilization to meet customer and company goals.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and lead production teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and monitor production schedules, workflows, and process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality departments to resolve technical or material issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee operation and upkeep of CNC plasm Cutting , VTLs, Spinning, Rolling , balancing machines, and other shop floor equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Control production costs and minimize waste through lean manufacturing practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain compliance with ISO, ASME, API, or other applicable standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), rejection rates, and production efficiency.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical/production engineering or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 12&ndash;15 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial fan/blower production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools.
 </li>
