Our founding family introduced threading to South Florida &mdash; featured in the Miami Herald, NBC 6, and Telemundo &mdash; and we've built a compensation system designed for providers who want to earn what they're worth.How you get paid:<ul><li>Hourly base pay (rate based on experience)</li><li>Daily commission on facials, tinting, and upsells</li><li>Commission on product and perfume sales</li><li>100% of your tips, paid same-day</li><li>Performance bonuses for client reviews</li></ul>Our top providers earn $7,000&ndash;$10,000/month. We'll show you exactly how the math works in your first interview.What we're looking for:<ul><li>Florida license (esthetics, full specialist, or cosmetology)</li><li>Skilled in threading, facials, waxing, lashes, tinting, or brow services (the more the better &mdash; we'll help you grow the rest)</li><li>Someone who treats clients like relationships, not transactions</li><li>Reliable, professional, and hungry to build a client base</li></ul>What you get from us:<ul><li>Steady walk-in + booked traffic across established locations</li><li>A real training and support system, not sink-or-swim</li><li>A team that actually promotes you &mdash; your work featured on our social media</li><li>Room to grow as we expand to new locations</li></ul>Apply with your license type and experience.
