Job Title: Legal associate-IntakeTO QUALIFY, CANDIDATE MUST:&middot; Law graduate&middot; Have good English communication skills (both oral and written).RESPONSIBILITIES:&middot; Drafting professional emails to clients&middot; Labelling and uploading case files into Cloud Storage/Case Management Systems&middot; Maintain client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.&middot; Co-ordinate with attorneys and act as an assistant to the attorney and keep a record of his professional diary&middot; Maintaining professional etiquette with the client&middot; Communicating with the clients and provide updates regarding the cases&middot; Calendar court hearings, deadlines, meetings, depositions etc.&middot; Work closely with clients on case management systems they use.&middot; Receive case instructions from the Client and work on various tasks independently.&middot; Draft legal correspondences following firm&rsquo;s template.&middot; Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to the case.&middot; Provide assistance with trial preparations.&middot; Perform administrative duties&middot; Manage email communications and calendaring for the legal team.&middot; Coordinate with other staff members and fill in for other roles when necessary.&middot; Enter case information accurately into the case management systems.&middot; Ensure timely and efficient management of case-related data.COMPUTER SKILLS:&middot; To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; MS Office, Etc.BENEFITS:&middot; Starting pay is between INR 20,000-25,000/month&middot; Medical Insurance&middot; 5 days of work.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a degree in Law?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Personal Injury cases: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
