Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service to guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.</li><li>Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.</li><li>Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in bartending or food service within the restaurant industry is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Strong sales skills to promote menu items and enhance customer experience.</li><li>A team player who can help create a positive work environment while assisting colleagues as needed.</li></ul>Join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages!Job Type: Part-timePay: $7.49 - $8.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
