Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and implement injection molding processes for new and existing products.</li><li>Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize part designs for manufacturability.</li><li>Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and troubleshooting guides.</li><li>Analyze and resolve production issues related to the injection molding process.</li><li>Monitor and improve cycle times, yields, and overall production efficiency.</li><li>Provide technical support and training to manufacturing teams.</li><li>Stay updated with advancements in injection molding technology and materials.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in injection molding process development and optimization.</li><li>Strong understanding of injection molding machines, materials, and tooling.</li><li>Experience with process simulation and analysis tools.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Injection Molding</li><li>Process Optimization</li><li>CAD Software</li><li>Manufacturing Process Control</li><li>Root Cause Analysis</li><li>Project Management</li><li>Lean Manufacturing Principles</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
