Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk &amp; Customer Handling<ul><li>Greet walk-ins and provide primary consultation guidance until the doctor is available.</li><li>Manage appointments, patient registration, follow-up scheduling, and WhatsApp communication.</li><li>Maintain a calm, informative, and empathetic customer approach at all times.</li><li>Conduct or help clinic doctors with therapy if required</li></ul>2. Sales &amp; Product Knowledge<ul><li>Educate customers about BOHECO&rsquo;s wellness products and their benefits.</li><li>Assist customers with in-store purchases, upselling and cross-selling wherever applicable.</li><li>Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through personalized product pitching and follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with training modules.</li></ul>3. Billing &amp; POS Operations<ul><li>Handle billing, discounts, returns, and daily reconciliation using the POS system.</li><li>Ensure sales personnel name is tagged during invoice entry for tracking KPIs.</li><li>Maintain daily logs of cash/card/UPI transactions and handovers.</li></ul>4. Inventory &amp; Store Upkeep<ul><li>Monitor stock levels, update inventory sheets, and report shortages in advance.</li><li>Ensure timely display rotation, expiry checks, and cleanliness of product shelves.</li><li>Coordinate with the Clinic Manager for weekly inventory planning and inward/outward entries.</li></ul>5. Event &amp; Engagement Support<ul><li>Support execution of in-clinic events, workshops, and customer awareness initiatives.</li><li>Assist in gathering and documenting customer reviews, testimonials, and product feedback.</li></ul>Reporting To:Clinic Manager &ndash; Brigade Road Clinic (Part of the Business Development &amp; Marketing Function)Education:<ul><li>UG: Any Graduate (Preferred: Life Sciences, Healthcare, Retail, or Hospitality background)</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes:<ul><li>Strong verbal communication in English, Kannada and Hindi</li><li>Confident and empathetic in customer interactions</li><li>Sales-focused, target-driven, and adaptable</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare &amp; wellness environment</li><li>Good with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and billing systems</li></ul>Working Hours &amp; Other Considerations:<ul><li>Shift Timing: 9 Hours between 11:00 AM &ndash; 11:00 PM with 1 weekly off on Weekday</li><li>Flexibility required for long hours and during promotional events</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a Senior Executive or Trainer role based on performance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExpected Start Date: 25/08/2025
