Bond 124 is a family-owned traditional American-Italian Tap Room, operating since 2016. We are in search for a Bartender to provide an excellent drinking experience for our guests. You are able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers&rsquo; needs and expectations.If you have at least two (2) years of bartending experience please take the time to read our requirements and send us your resume and/or apply in person.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons</li><li>Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks</li><li>Assess customers&rsquo; needs and preferences and make recommendations</li><li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails</li><li>Plan and present bar menu</li><li>Check customers&rsquo; identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age</li><li>Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies</li><li>Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience</li><li>Comply with all food and beverage regulations</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven working experience as a bartender</li><li>Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks</li><li>Positive attitude and excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean</li><li>TIPS certificated or willing to obtain</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $180.00 per dayBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
