 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Supervisor to oversee and manage roofing projects on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, meeting project deadlines, and coordinating materials and labor.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and schedule daily and weekly work activities to ensure timely project completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspect work in progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications, manufacturer specifications, and building codes
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and resolve issues that may delay work or affect quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular safety meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain equipment, maintenance, and logistics on-site
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and inspectors
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or roofing preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to pass a background check
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-up, Metal)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Additional Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work in a physically demanding environment including climbing ladders, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel to job sites as required

 Compensation range $80,000 to $120,000 annual salary potential (base pay + incentives)
 </li>
