<div></div><div>We are seeking an<b> Accounts Payable Clerk</b> to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The Accounts Payable Clerk is a key player in our finance department, you'll be responsible for managing our accounts payable process with precision and efficiency.</div>

</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>A/P Invoice entry</li>
<li>Subcontractor compliance</li>
<li>Subcontractor payments</li>
<li>Vendor compliance</li>
<li>Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statement</li>
<li>Company Phone Bill</li>
<li>Company Credit Cards</li>
<li>Vendor communication &ndash; responding to inquiries.</li>
<li>Account reconciliation</li>
<li>Mailing Vendor Payments</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills and Qualifications</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
<li>Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen</li>
<li>Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk</li>
<li>Experience in processing high volume of vendor invoices</li>
<li>Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable principles</li>
<li>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>Data entry along with a knack for numbers</li>
<li>Problem Solving Skills</li>
<li>Communication Skills</li>
<li>Punctuality</li>
<li>Teamwork &amp; Collaboration skills</li>
<li>At least 2 years of accounts payable experience</li>

<ul><li>$25 - $26 hourly rate</li>
<li>Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm</li>
