Key Responsibilities
</b></h3><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Bone Dry Roofing's brand and business goals.</li><li>
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media, fostering a positive and engaging community.</li><li>
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.</li><li>
Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve content and strategy.</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.</li><li>
Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring a consistent online presence.</li><li>
Work closely with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and compelling multimedia content.</li><li>
Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets.</li><li>
Implement SEO best practices to optimize social media profiles and content for search engines.</li><li>
Keep the Bone Dry Roofing team informed about relevant social media trends, updates, and best practices.</li><li>
Manage and develop the Social Media Coordinator team member and role within the organization.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.</li><li>
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.</li><li>
Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative social media campaigns.</li><li>
