Job Summary:The Interior Designer is responsible for planning, designing, and executing creative and functional interior spaces that meet client needs and project goals. The role involves conceptualization, space planning, material selection, and coordination with vendors, architects, and contractors to ensure high-quality design outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Design &amp; Concept Development<ul><li>Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations based on client requirements and project briefs.</li><li>Create detailed space plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations.</li><li>Select color schemes, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and d&eacute;cor elements.</li><li>Ensure designs are functional, safe, and align with current design trends and sustainability practices.</li></ul>Project Execution<ul><li>Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and specifications for execution.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained.</li><li>Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.</li><li>Handle project budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement processes.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain project documentation, material boards, and sample libraries.</li><li>Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and assist in vendor finalization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design projects.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.</li><li>Knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.</li><li>Project management and budgeting skills.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Strong aesthetic sense and creative problem-solving ability.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.</li><li>Team-oriented with good coordination and leadership skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,378.11 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

ARCH, B.ARCH , Degree in Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design</li></ul>Job Summary:As a faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching interior design courses, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. You will play a key role in inspiring creativity, innovation, and professionalism in the classroom.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach undergraduate/diploma students core and elective courses in interior design</li><li>Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assignments</li><li>Guide students in practical studio work, projects, and portfolio development</li><li>Evaluate student performance through assessments and reviews</li><li>Stay updated with current trends, tools, and technologies in interior design</li><li>Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs</li><li>Support institute events, exhibitions, and guest lectures</li><li>Provide academic and career guidance to students</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of teaching or industry experience in interior design</li><li>Portfolio of work or prior teaching experience is an added advantage</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, etc.</li><li>Passion for teaching and mentoring students</li><li>Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,370.37 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Summary:The Fashion Design Faculty member is responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in fashion design and related disciplines. The role involves developing creative course content, conducting lectures and practical sessions, supervising student projects, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure students receive current and relevant education in fashion and design.Key Responsibilities:Teaching &amp; Curriculum Development:<ul><li>Develop and deliver lectures, workshops, and studio classes in areas such as garment construction, pattern making, fashion illustration, draping, textiles, CAD, and fashion marketing.</li><li>Prepare detailed lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with program objectives.</li><li>Supervise student design projects, portfolios, and final collections.</li><li>Integrate technology and industry trends into the curriculum (e.g., sustainable fashion, digital fashion, AI in design).</li></ul>Student Engagement &amp; Mentorship:<ul><li>Provide academic and creative guidance to students.</li><li>Evaluate student performance through assignments, practicals, and presentations.</li><li>Encourage innovation, originality, and professionalism in student work.</li></ul>Qualifications:Education:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree (M.Des / M.F.A / M.Sc) in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or related field.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline is mandatory.</li><li>Ph.D. preferred (for higher academic ranks).</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of teaching or relevant industry experience (fashion design, apparel production, merchandising, or textile design).</li><li>Experience in academic curriculum development preferred.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of design principles, garment construction, textiles, and current fashion trends.</li><li>Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, CorelDRAW, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to inspire creativity and critical thinking among students.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,933.41 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
