<div>Job Summary:

Bongards&rsquo; Creameries is seeking a Slice Line Wrapper Operator based out of our Humboldt facility. The wrapper operator is responsible for operating and troubleshooting sliced cheese wrapping machines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Understands and follows set protocols for PPE and Cleanliness (Handwashing, Uniform, etc)</li>
<li>Monitor operation of assigned wrapper machine during course of the shift</li>
<li>Verify alignment of cheese entering machine, film wrap process and wrapped cheese product</li>
<li>Produce quality wrapped packages (film, label, seal edges)</li>
<li>Place excess cheese in rework containers</li>
<li>Keep machine and work area neat, clean and organized</li>
<li>Assist maintenance with troubleshooting</li>
<li>Assist with Cleaning, Sanitizing of machines and other areas after production is finished</li>
<li>Work in a safe, efficient manner in a fast paced environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of GMP, HACCP principles</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Skills and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Excellent Math and Reading skills</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently on assigned duties</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude</li>
<li>Adaptable to sudden changes</li>
<li>Work as part of a team</li>
<li>Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, other quality guidelines</li>
<li>Must report all food safety problems to immediate supervisor or designated replacement</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs</li>
</ul>
Schedule:
<ul>
<li>Night Shift 5:45pm to 6:00am Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays</li>
</ul>
