Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with proven experience in MEP contracting, Civil construction, and Interior Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth across the Abu Dhabi market.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in MEP, Civil, and Interior Fit-Out projects</li><li>Generate leads through market research, site visits, networking, and client meetings</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients</li><li>Prepare and submit commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and pre-qualification documents</li><li>Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope</li><li>Follow up on leads, negotiations, and contract closures to achieve sales targets</li><li>Maintain updated records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Abu Dhabi &amp; UAE</li><li>Attend project meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events when required</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE business practices</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of relevant sales/business development experience in:</li><li>MEP Contracting</li><li>Civil Construction</li><li>Interior Fit-Out</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi &amp; UAE construction market</li><li>Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage)</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Established network with consultants, developers, and main contractors</li><li>Experience in government, commercial, residential, and industrial projects</li><li>Strong understanding of tendering procedures and contract terms</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package + commission/incentives</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing organization</li><li>Career growth and performance-based rewards</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Sales: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving (Required)</li></ul>
