About Us: We are seeking a highly skilled Prequalification &amp; Vendor Registration Engineer with a strong background in MEP and Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing vendor registrations, client prequalification processes, and technical project documentation to ensure compliance with client, consultant, and government requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the vendor registration and prequalification process with government, semi-government, consultants, and major private sector clients.</li><li>Prepare and compile technical submittals, compliance documents, and prequalification dossiers in line with project specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Finance, and Management) to gather and validate required information.</li><li>Maintain and update the database of approvals, registrations, certifications, and renewals (ISO, Trade License, Chamber, etc.).</li><li>Manage documentation for tenders, RFPs, and RFQs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.</li><li>Prepare method statements, technical compliance sheets, and project documentation for consultant/client approval.</li><li>Liaise directly with consultants and procurement departments for clarification, follow-up, and approval of submissions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE construction and MEP industry standards and client-specific requirements.</li><li>Provide support to the Business Development &amp; Tendering team in preparing prequalification and technical bid documents.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil Engineering (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in Vendor Registration, Prequalification, and Documentation within the MEP/Construction industry (UAE/GCC experience preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of construction project documentation, compliance requirements, and technical submittals.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and online procurement/registration portals (e.g., DEWA, ADNOC, SEWA, Etihad Rail, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple submissions under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Benefits:&middot; Competitive salary package.&middot; Professional growth opportunities.&middot; Supportive and collaborative work environment.Qualifications:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or 10+ years&rsquo; experience in related field required.&middot; Driving License.&middot; Must be able to read and speak the English and Hindi language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond.Working Conditions:<ul><li>Age criteria &ndash; 25-40 yrs</li><li>Salary range - AED 10 -15k</li><li>Benefits your company is providing - Visa + Insurance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
