1. Site Supervision &amp; Execution<ul><li>Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and contractual obligations.</li><li>Coordinate and manage labor, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure timely and efficient work execution.</li></ul>2. Technical Oversight<ul><li>Review engineering drawings and identify discrepancies or potential issues before execution.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams and address site-level engineering challenges in real time.</li></ul>3. Project Planning &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Assist in developing detailed work programs and schedules in coordination with project managers and planners.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between various disciplines (civil, MEP, structural) to avoid delays and rework.</li></ul>4. Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.</li><li>Ensure that all construction activities comply with local authority regulations (e.g., Muscat Municipality, DCR, and Royal Oman Police standards).</li></ul>5. Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE)<ul><li>Implement and enforce strict adherence to HSE standards as per Omani labor and construction law.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks and promotes a safety-first culture on the job site.</li></ul>6. Material Management<ul><li>Raise material requisitions based on approved shop drawings and monitor the timely delivery of materials to site.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent material wastage.</li></ul>7. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to project management.</li><li>Maintain site diaries, quality logs, and documentation for audits and client reviews.</li></ul>8. Client &amp; Consultant Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities for site inspections, approvals, and progress updates.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: RO300.000 - RO400.000 per month
