 Your Profile

 Execute campaigns to enhance customer lifecycle customer value, through retention marketing initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with the business intelligence and data sciences team to improve the effectiveness of CLM Campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with CLM platforms and solution providers to ensure that campaign deliverables are achieved.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute monthly weekly &amp; daily CLM campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the reporting cadence with various platforms for retention campaigns is followed
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Marketing, Engineering, Product
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with external stakeholders: Platforms, Vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with design &amp; creative team to ensure that the campaigns are executed timely and achieve the brand KPIs
 </li>

 Your Checklist
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1 to 3 years of working experience as CLM professional working on consumer retention in brands or CLM agencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have basic knowledge of Email and Mobile Marketing. (Kenscio, Mail chimp, Sendgrid etc for Email and App &amp; web re-engagements platforms: CleverTap, Web Engage, Moengage, etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Agency or Brand experience execution of CLM &amp; retention marketing campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Capability to execute multiple campaigns across Notifications, Email, App &amp; web Notifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have capability to create data cohorts and use insight mining to execute campaigns and bring effective and efficient results
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution experience of mobile and email marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Create campaign reports with attribution tracking &amp; campaign deliveries
 </li>

 We&rsquo;re looking for an Android developer who wants to work on cutting edge problems in the mobile app space. You will be closely tied to all phases of the development cycle and work in a team to deliver a high-end product. You'll be looking to develop, improve and innovate on our Android app, writing clean, maintainable and extendable code. We want someone who can work collaboratively and is extremely passionate about coding.

 Your primary focus will be the development of state-of-the-art features for our Android app.

 Collaborate with backend and iOS engineers to architect technical solutions for product features.

 Always focus on improving the performance &amp; memory footprint of the Android app.

 Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new third party and Android libraries and APIs to improve the app.

 Managing a codebase that involves WebViews and Kotlin code simultaneously.

 Manage communication with multiple stakeholders.

 Develop features with great UI and UX, always keeping the end-user in mind.

 Bring the best practices and Android ecosystem guidelines to your work.

 Your Checklist
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years' experience in working with Android SDK &amp; its APIs as well as the lifecycle of different Android components.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced skills in Java with the latest Android SDKs and functional knowledge of Kotlin
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of modern architecture patterns like MVVM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Android Jetpack libraries &amp; Architectural Components such as LiveData, ViewModel, Room, Material Components, Navigation, Databinding, and such.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with RESTFUL APIs and networking libraries like Retrofit &amp; Picasso.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Dagger or a modern Dependency Injection strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in writing Unit &amp; UI test cases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of Git, Gradle &amp; Android Studio, and tools such as Firebase suite, and Google Play Console.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of network profiling, memory management, and other performance-related tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Agile and worked with quick release cycles with CI &amp; automation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Aware of the general fragmented mobile landscape, trends &amp; emerging technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good grasp of data structures and algorithms used in mobile programming.
 </li>
