You will work alongside a talented team of creatives from brief through execution. Conceptualize, design and produce high-performing creative assets.</li><li>
Collaborate with creatives and marketers to brainstorm and execute impactful social, digital, and traditional content that reflects BOTM&rsquo;s brand aesthetic and goals.</li><li>
Produce high quality content that adheres to our brand&rsquo;s style guidelines and maintains graphic consistency across all channels, such as our mobile app, web, email, organic and paid social media and print.</li><li>
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, while gathering learnings and insights from previous work to make relevant recommendations moving forward.</li></ul> 
What You Should Have&hellip;<ul><li>
We are open to candidates with 0-3 years of work experience in graphic design and creative execution.</li><li>
Internship and/or work experience at a consumer-facing brand (preferably DTC) and/or agency is a plus.</li><li>
Strong skill-set in conceptualizing, illustration, graphic design, and animation to create compelling, brand aligned creative.</li><li>
The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing guidance in your subject matter expertise and a willingness to incorporate industry best practices.</li><li>
The ability to understand, absorb and execute on creative direction and rounds of feedback.</li><li>
An aptitude for time management, organization, collaboration and direct communication.</li><li>
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and relevant creative tools.</li><li>

This is a unique opportunity for an early career candidate to quickly learn the inner workings of a company at the intersection of e-commerce and entertainment. You will provide essential administrative support to the CEO and VP, Editorial Director, primarily by managing their calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and contributing to the execution of a variety of important projects. The Editorial Rotational Program mission is to accelerate the professional growth and development of Early Career Editorial professionals through exposure to a multitude of assignments, apprenticeship style learning, and accelerated responsibility. We are looking for driven, tenacious, and pragmatic team members who have the desire and potential to rise over time into a significant contributor within the Editorial team and our broader direct-to-consumer lifestyle business.
As a full time Editorial Assistant, this program offers employees the opportunity to explore multiple areas of the business including: Industry Relations, Licensing, Contracts &amp; Operations, Book Selections, Member Experience Initiatives, and Allurial, our Romantasy business. After approximately 2 years, team members will have the opportunity to be placed in a more specialized role based on business needs, individual performance, and interests demonstrated over the previous years.

Editorial Operations: Draft and execute licensing agreements, input Editorial content into company systems, and assist with components of hardcover and audiobook production.</li><li>
Department of Cultural Arts &amp; Sciences: Support the coordination and execution of cross-functional business initiatives, including original print acquisition and Collections.</li><li>
Allurial: Assist with Editorial and Marketing initiatives for Allurial, our Romantasy business, including reading and evaluating books, executing on ads and creative, and managing our influencer program.</li><li>

 VOLUME 0 is a magazine focused on the new literary scene. We publish short fiction by indie authors unafraid to break the mold, and release 6 print issues per year. We&rsquo;re looking for gritty, unconventional, and social-obsessed creatives to propose and produce social content that builds brand awareness and aligns with the magazine&rsquo;s voice.
 
 
 An important thing is to have cool ideas and make posts and other content quickly and inexpensively so we can try different things.
