<div>Role Description:

The Payment Process Analyst (PSP Administration) will focus on day-to-day operational payment portal processes, monitoring, controlling, and analysis. This role includes responsibilities for supporting the integration of new Payment Service Providers (PSPs), management of existing portals and portal access, and ensuring ongoing compliance with internal control mechanisms. The Analyst will be the first point of contact for PSP portal related queries, both internal and external, and will work closely with internal teams from diverse functions such as Partnerships, Product, Accounting, Risk &amp; Control, Analytics and Operations to ensure the compliant and efficient functioning of Booking&rsquo;s PSP portals. 
B.Responsible<ul><li>
Execute operational tasks related to PSP processes such as User Management &amp; Creation, Merchant Account Creation &amp; Maintenance, and Request Management</li><li>
Perform established control procedures to decrease financial risks and proactively identify and maintain the user list for each PSP</li><li>
Manage API rotations (Adyen/Braintree) / SFTP (Paypal) requests / New Payee setup (Hyperwallet).</li><li>
Work with the Team Lead to maintain comprehensive documentation of payment processes, policies, and procedures.</li><li>
Communicate proactively and clearly with stakeholders on issues to indicate progress and resolve issues.</li><li>
Support ad-hoc projects and requests as needed.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies related to PSP activities, and enforce these policies with internal teams.</li><li>
Educate internal teams on PSP-related topics.</li><li>
Liaise with External Vendors and confirm that Booking.com policies and processes are being followed.</li><li>
Support initiatives around external vendors whilst acting as an intermediary between the company and vendors.</li><li>
Propose, advocate for and support the implementation of process improvements to eliminate manual work and make processes scalable.</li></ul> 
B.Skilled<ul><li>
4-6 years experience in Operations, ideally in a Finance or Compliance related role.</li><li>
A proven track record in handling sensitive data and maintaining compliance with internal controls and external regulations</li><li>
Experience working with stakeholders across diverse functions, such as Tech, Finance, Compliance and Sales, as well as external teams</li><li>
Experience in the Payments industry is a plus</li><li>
Strong written communication skills</li><li>
Experience working with a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce Cases)</li><li>
Experience working with a workflow management tool (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com)</li></ul></div>

PSP Administrator

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data Quality and Observability team for a new exciting challenge in the data world.
You will work side by side with other engineers to develop and maintain applications that enable us to check and monitor our financial data - and more - at Booking.com. You will collaborate with colleagues in Amsterdam to achieve results the right way. This will include engineering managers, product managers, software and data engineers.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Key Responsibilities and Duties</h2><ul><li>
Contribute to the development of data platform capabilities such as testing, monitoring and alerting to improve observability in our financial pipelines.</li><li>
Experiment with new tools and technologies, driving innovative engineering solutions to meet business requirements regarding performance, scaling, and data quality.</li><li>
End-to-end ownership of data quality in complex datasets and data pipelines.</li><li>

The job requirements</h1><ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering as a Data Engineer developing software or as a Software Engineer developing data pipelines and products.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty as equivalent</li><li>
Solid experience in at least one programming language. We use Java(preferrable) and Python, Golang.</li><li>
Experience building production data pipelines in the cloud, setting up data-lakes and server-less solutions</li><li>
Hands-on experience with schema design and data modeling</li><li>
Experience designing systems E2E and knowledge of basic concepts (lb, db, caching, NoSQL, etc)</li><li>
Knowledge of Flink, CDC, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, DBT or equivalent tools</li><li>
Practical experience building data platform capabilities like testing, alerting, monitoring, debugging, security</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience working with big data.</li><li>
Experience working with teams located in different timezones is a plus</li><li>

Data Engineer - II | Data Quality and Observability

The Financial Systems team provides technology expertise to the finance department, and is responsible for SAP HANA and connected 3rd party systems at Booking.com. We want to change the way people work with SAP, by building a finance application platform that supports simplification of business processes, and empowers the finance community with better financial insights.
As a BI engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining reporting solutions. You will have a thorough understanding of SAP Hana and data integration and be responsible for designing and implementing business requirements as well as data accuracy in reports. You will support the team in day-to-day SAP Hana development and support, monitoring the production environment, identifying and fixing issues, and improving system performance. As this role involves daily interaction with the finance department, it is essential that you have a good background in finance, and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

B.Skilled:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>
3+ years of expertise in the IT industry</li><li>
2+ years of full hands-on Snowflake Data modelling , Dbt. experience is a must</li><li>
Experience on Dimensional Modelling or Data Vault.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures and Functions</li><li>
Understanding of different descriptor file formats like YAML.</li><li>
Exposure to Apache Airflow or any similar orchestration tool is a plus</li><li>
Exposure to security concepts in Snowflake is a plus</li><li>
Experience with SAP HANA XSA development and XSA &amp; DB Security concepts (Roles, Privileges etc)
</li><li>Experience with Git concepts (GitHub / Gitlab) is a must.</li><li>
Experience with CI/CD, pipelines is a plus</li><li>
Knowledge of agile development processes (SCRUM or Kanban) and experience with Jira a plus</li><li>
