*Join Bookingcabs.com as an Business Development Manager to lead vendor management, operations, and quality for our nationwide car rental services Key Responsibilities *Manage Spot Rental, Air Port Transfers, Outstation &amp; One Way Cab. *Familiar with Online Portal to Manage Operations, Finance, Vendors *Pan India Vendor Management, Contract Rates, Rate Negotiations, states &amp; City wise etc. *Support management with targets, projections &amp; daily MIS reporting. *Assist /Train vendors and team on CRM system for quality control. *Monitor rosters, shift-wise duties, refusals, complaints &amp; quality checks Daily MIS Report *Motivate Team to meet deadlines, work productively and resolve any issues effectually.Requirements: *Graduate with 3-5 years of experience into inside sales in the car rental industry *Strong knowledge of inside sales and car rental Online Portal and CRM. *Excellent coordination, reporting &amp; vendor management skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;68,636.70 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
