About the role:
As a Senior Accountant in our Client Onboarding department, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in setting our clients up for success. You&rsquo;ll work alongside a collaborative team to manage client relationships and ensure a smooth and accurate onboarding experience. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Prepare accurate, accrual-basis financial statements</li><li>
Perform detailed reconciliations for bank, credit card, merchant service, and loan accounts</li><li>
Apply strong financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making</li><li>
Manage multiple client onboarding projects across various industries</li><li>
Follow structured project plans aligned with client needs and timelines</li><li>
Deliver high-quality service that is both timely and within scope</li><li>
Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms and integrated tools to streamline processes and drive results</li></ul>

Gets You to the Top of the List:<ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in GAAP-based accounting and financial reporting</li><li>
Strong client communication skills and a passion for helping small businesses</li><li>
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero</li><li>
Industry exposure in e-commerce, product-based businesses, technology, real estate, or professional services</li><li>
Consulting experience with multiple clients or projects at once</li><li>
Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and app integrations</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or a related field (required)</li><li>
Bonus: Experience in public accounting or working in a remote, tech-forward environment</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Salary range from $65,000-$85,000/year + performance bonus</li><li>
