Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create visually engaging graphics for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other digital/print materials.</li><li>Develop design concepts that communicate a clear message and align with brand identity and objectives.</li><li>Present design ideas and concepts to the creative team and stakeholders for feedback and refinement.</li><li>Utilize the latest industry-standard design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite like Illustrator(must), Photoshop(must), InDesign and After Effects (good to have).</li><li>Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in design tools and software and apply them to your work.</li><li>Collaborate with other designers to maintain consistency in design direction across different platforms and media.</li><li>Design a variety of creative assets for digital channels, including website design, social media posts, email templates, display ads, etc.</li><li>Produce print-ready designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and packaging.</li><li>Stay updated with current design trends, industry innovations, and emerging design tools.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Expert knowledge of design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) etc.</li><li>Strong experience of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles(must).</li><li>Experience designing for both digital and print formats.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across all designs.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly to non-design stakeholders.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Graduate in any field (B.A., B.com., BBA, or any other discipline)</li><li>Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.</li><li>Certification in design.</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>Full-time position with 9:30AM to 6:30PM working hours (Mon to Sat)</li></ul>Note: Final job confirmation process will take a minimum of 15 days after feedback evaluation.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Design: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
