 The
 
 HR Executive
 
 will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and compliance. The position aims to ensure smooth HR functioning and contribute to a motivated, efficient, and productive workforce.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 Recruitment &amp; Onboarding
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct initial rounds of interviews and facilitate the offer and onboarding process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare offer letters, maintain recruitment trackers, and conduct induction/orientation sessions.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Employee Relations &amp; Engagement
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by addressing grievances and supporting conflict resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and recognition programs to boost employee morale.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Performance Management
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in implementing performance management systems, including goal setting and appraisal cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support team leads in tracking performance metrics and identifying training needs.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Payroll &amp; Compliance
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate payroll activities including attendance, leaves, and salary inputs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate employee data and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with finance for timely salary disbursement and record-keeping.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Documentation &amp; HR Operations
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain employee files, HR databases, and MIS reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft HR letters (offer, increment, confirmation, experience, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support audits, compliance checks, and implementation of HR policies.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Ideal Profile
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: 2&ndash;4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist profile.
 
 
 </li>
