We areHiring!Job Title Site DocumentController-FemaleROLE PURPOSE: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Document Controller to join our civil construction company. As a Site Document Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of project-related documents. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documents, records, and information, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our construction projectsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Document Management: Process and control all project documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, permits, and correspondence, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and properly organized.Document Retrieval: Facilitate the retrieval and distribution of documents to relevant team members as required, ensuring they have access to the information they need to perform their tasks efficiently.Version Control: Implement and maintain a robust document version control system to track revisions, updates, and changes to project documents, ensuring that the most current information is readily available.Data Entry: Input project-related data into digital document management systems and databases, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.File Organization: Organize both electronic and hard copy documents, maintaining a well-structured filing system for easy reference and retrieval.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and compliance of project documents with established standards and regulations.Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless document exchange and to address document-related queries and concerns.Security: Maintain document confidentiality and implement security measures to protect sensitive information.Archiving: Manage the archival and disposal of project documents in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in document management is a plus. Prior experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry is highly desirable. Proficiency in document management software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Documentum. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of construction industry document control best practices. Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
