We&rsquo;re a fast-moving real estate team looking for a reliable, high-quality creative who can handle both design and photography. If you&rsquo;re an Adobe power user, you shoot clean photos, edit consistently, and you&rsquo;re organized enough to keep production moving without being chased this is for you.ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design (Adobe Expert)<ul><li>Create listing flyers, social media posts/stories, email graphics, signage, and print materials</li><li>Build and maintain templates to keep output fast and consistent</li><li>Keep brand standards tight (fonts, spacing, color, layout)</li></ul>Photography + Editing<ul><li>Shoot listing photos (interiors/exteriors) and occasional lifestyle/team content</li><li>Edit in Lightroom + Photoshop with a consistent, professional look</li><li>Deliver final photo sets on schedule</li></ul>Organization / Production Support<ul><li>Manage file organization, naming conventions, and version control</li><li>Track deadlines and communicate proactively with the team</li><li>Coordinate shoot schedules and asset needs (addresses, access, shot lists)</li></ul>Requirements (Must-Haves)<ul><li>Strong Adobe skills: Photoshop + Illustrator required (InDesign a plus)</li><li>Photography experience + strong photo editing skills (Lightroom/Photoshop)</li><li>Highly organized and deadline-driven</li><li>Coachable, low-ego, takes feedback well</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation for shoots</li></ul>Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)<ul><li>Short-form video editing (Premiere/After Effects/CapCut)</li><li>Drone experience (or willingness to learn)</li><li>Real estate or marketing content experience</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Bonuses<ul><li>Base salary capped at $45,000/year (depending on experience)</li><li>Quarterly performance bonuses based on quality, turnaround time, and execution consistency</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit:<ul><li>A link to your design portfolio</li><li>A link or attachment of your photo portfolio (10&ndash;20 images; before/after edits welcome)</li><li>A short note answering:</li><li>Which Adobe apps you use most</li><li>Your typical turnaround time for a flyer + a photo set</li><li>Why you&rsquo;re a fit for fast-paced production work</li></ul>Hiring process includes a DISC assessment and a paid skills audition.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in El Paso, TX 79912
