Our new podcast (Less Busy Lab) and video-based user acquisition SEO opportunities need a creative storyteller who can shape raw conversations and product knowledge&#8209;base content into must&#8209;watch videos that educate, entertain, and (most importantly) convert.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Adapt each podcast episode to video &mdash; create 3&#8209;5 vertical clips every 2 weeks (Shorts/Reels/TikTok/YouTube) and possibly longer-form versions for YouTube.</li><li>Create tutorial &amp; FAQ videos (50+&#8239;/&#8239;year) &mdash; script, screencast (Loom/Snagit/Camtasia/etc), record light voice&#8209;over or on&#8209;screen captions, and produce concise how&#8209;tos that answer common user questions and showcase where our products help.</li><li>Edit the podcast in Descript (or equivalent) &mdash; clean audio, balance levels, and export the rough cut for final polish.</li><li>Queue and optimize posts &mdash; write eye&#8209;catching titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnail briefs, and schedule releases across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok.</li><li>Maintain our visual &amp; verbal brand &mdash; ensure every clip feels unmistakably Boomerang: energetic, practical, and friendly.</li><li>Maintain a board (GQueues or Trello) to track status</li><li>Review analytics weekly, propose experiments (A/B titles, thumbnails, opening cuts) and iterate.</li><li>Do keyword research (Keyword Planner/TubeBuddy/VidIQ) and use that data to plan ideas for tutorial videos</li></ul>Qualifications (what you bring)<ul><li>3+&#8239;years professional video editing &amp; production, with a public portfolio of videos that drove measurable audience growth.</li><li>Expert in Descript (or equivalent),</li><li>Expert in Loom (or equivalent),</li><li>Expert in one major NLE (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci).</li><li>Fluent in aspect ratios, captioning, loudness standards, and basic audio repair.</li><li>Familiarity with productivity / SaaS products; you care about helping people work smarter.</li><li>Comfortable on camera (nice&#8209;to&#8209;have) for quick intros or voice&#8209;over pickups.</li><li>Excellent project management: hit weekly deadlines without hand&#8209;holding.</li><li>Empathy, curiosity, and an eye for polish.</li></ul>Nice&#8209;to&#8209;haves<ul><li>Proven YouTube SEO chops &mdash; keyword research, timestamps, cards, end screens, chapters.</li><li>Experience growing a channel from 10k to 100k+ subs.</li><li>Experience with video distribution on other social channels</li><li>Motion graphics in After Effects / Motion / Canva.</li><li>Basic illustration or thumbnail design skills.</li><li>Experience with community management and live streaming.</li></ul>CompensationSalary: $75k&#8239;&ndash;&#8239;$105k&#8239;USDHow to applySend your resume, a brief note or video clip on why video productivity content excites you, and links to three short&#8209;form clips you crafted end&#8209;to&#8209;end.Email everything to i.want.to.work@baydin.com with subject line Multimedia Content Editor &ndash; &lt;Your Name&gt;Help millions get more done &mdash; and have fun making videos that people actually watch to the end.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
