As Boomi continues to expand its presence in the META region, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, execute impactful marketing initiatives, and support our regional growth. This role is perfect for an experienced B2B marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of the Middle East market, and can seamlessly align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Please also note that this is a hybrid office/remote role where you will work 3 days per week from our Dubai office; and 2 days remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with local sales leadership to develop, implement and execute go-to-market plans for the Middle East markets.
</li>
<li>Organize and execute local events and activities, including trade shows, industry or third-party events, C-level engagements, virtual events, and workshops, to drive demand and pipeline progression.
</li>
<li>Localize global campaigns, execute targeted marketing initiatives, and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies (1:Few) to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
</li>
<li>Manage local partner marketing efforts, including engagement with local SIs and coordinating partner marketing plans across the META region.
</li>
<li>Align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue objectives.
</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance to meet new logo and customer expansion targets.
</li>
<li>Support the creation and promotion of local customer references.
</li>
<li>Act as the &quot;single point of contact&quot; for all marketing activities in the META region</li></ul> 

Essential Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Educated to degree level or similar with strong commercial acumen.
</li>
<li>Substantial experience in Field Marketing roles in B2B tech SaaS or Enterprise Software vendor.
</li>
<li>Regional experience in META markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and UAE.
</li>
<li>Fluency in English &amp; Arabic</li>
<li>
Proven track record in event planning, campaign execution, and ABM strategies.
</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills, including event ROI measurement and data-driven decision-making.
</li>
<li>Self-starter with excellent event management and project ownership skills.
</li>
<li>Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools such as SalesForce, Marketo, or similar, adept in closed-loop lead management and reporting.

<li>Skilled in budget management and resource allocation.
</li>
<li>Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.</li></ul><div>
