 The Culture Manager will be responsible for shaping and leading all cultural and stage programming at Boom Room Saudi, curating a bold, relevant, and vibrant lineup of events, performances, and community-led activations. This role will be central to defining Boom Room&rsquo;s voice in the Kingdom, aligning international creativity with Saudi Arabia&rsquo;s local cultural renaissance and entertainment transformation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Cultural Programming &amp; Event Curation:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop a dynamic year-round calendar of events, including concerts, local talent showcases, creative workshops, pop culture events, and youth-driven activations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Scout, book, and manage relationships with Saudi, regional, and international performers, artists, speakers, and creators.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure programming reflects Saudi values, Vision 2030, and the expectations of a youthful, trend-savvy audience.
 </li>
 </ul>

 </li>
 
 
 Stage Management &amp; Production Oversight:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead all stage operations, including AV, lighting, stage design, transitions, and run-of-show execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the Stage Manager and tech crew to deliver smooth, high-quality performances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage artist logistics, rehearsals, and technical riders in coordination with the production team.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Audience &amp; Community Engagement:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stay ahead of cultural, music, and entertainment trends in Saudi Arabia to keep programming fresh and relevant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the marketing team to develop storytelling, campaign content, and community engagement strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Boom Room remains inclusive, accessible, and culturally resonant with diverse local audiences.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Talent &amp; Partnership Development:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build strong relationships with local cultural institutions, youth networks, content creators, and government entities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify sponsorship opportunities and co-create cultural experiences with brand partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Position Boom Room as a thought leader in the Saudi cultural space.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Budgeting &amp; Compliance:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage cultural and stage programming budgets and timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle artist contracts, vendor negotiations, and production costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Secure all necessary permits and clearances from the General Entertainment Authority, Ministry of Culture, and other local bodies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all programming aligns with Saudi cultural, legal, and religious guidelines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in cultural programming, live events, or stage production in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Established network within Saudi Arabia&rsquo;s creative, entertainment, and cultural ecosystem.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of Saudi youth, entertainment trends, and pop culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing live event operations and artist relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
 </li>
