Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
<ul><li>Performs market analysis using historical data to forecast market trends and determine market elasticity; market analysis includes understanding seasonality, marketing programs, capacity constraints, future expansion plans, and regulatory changes in order to predict competitor market growth.</li><li>
Generates reports for departments for the Annual Capital and Operating Budgets. - Performs marketing analysis including Direct Mail, Events, Promotions, and Player Events.</li><li>
Performs analysis of other EBITDA generating projects, either by revenue-driving initiatives or expense controls, culminating in actionable recommendations for Executive Management.</li><li>
Analyzes data to identify trends for use in forecasts and budgets.
</li><li>Assists in developing and maintaining communication vehicles to distribute key operating metrics and analytical findings. - Assists in preparing the annual budget and monthly forecast.
</li><li>Compares actual operating results to budget and prior year.
</li><li>Assists in the development of presentations for budget meetings and operational reviews.
</li><li>Monitors labor costs and reports to financial team and operations departments.
</li><li>Prepares ad-hoc reporting.
</li><li>Proactively assists co-workers as needed. - interfaces with other departments to develop key relations to ensure maximum efficiency in completing job tasks.
</li><li>Accurately prioritizes, organizes, and completes multiple tasks.
</li><li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs.
</li><li>Maintains compliance with the Gaming Control Board requirements, the company&rsquo;s System of internal Controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
</li><li>Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to management.
</li><li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li></ul>
BRING US YOUR BEST.:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from accredited four-year college or university and minimum one (1) year of applicable analytical experience required.</li><li>
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
</li><li>Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
</li><li>Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
</li><li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.</li><li>
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
