BOOST LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our elite team of contracts specialists dedicated to supporting Government Contractor (GovCon) clients.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Apply extensive government contractual expertise to oversee implementation, execution, and administration of a diverse range of contracts, including competitive, sole source, and directed prime and subcontract customer awards.</li>
<li>Provide guidance to cross-functional business team members and clients, conducting risk assessments and implementing effective mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Review complex solicitations and prepare comprehensive responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications encompassing both products and services.</li>
<li>Skillfully negotiate NDAs, TAs, contract modifications, and agreements within delegated authority limits.</li>
<li>Offer contractual support and mentorship to junior contracts team members and business team members.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and communicate potential non-compliance issues and other challenges that may impact the company adversely.</li>
<li>Manage, support, and streamline daily work activities to ensure seamless compliance with corporate, contract, and federal requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate various types of agreements, subcontracts, and other contract/program support documents effectively with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Provide proactive support, management, and tracking of contractual documentation, action items, and critical data.</li>
<li>Support or undertake any additional duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
</li><li>Mandatory 8+ years of in-house contract administration or similar transactional experience in a role that requires direct interaction with potential Government and commercial customers, vendors, internal stakeholders, and in-house Legal.</li>
<li>GSA Schedule reporting, administration, and management</li>
<li>Exceptional use of independent judgment and creativity in resolving contract and process improvement issues.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, accountable, and adaptable.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with spreadsheets.</li>
<li>Being a self-starter and continual learner</li>
<li>Strong communication and analytical skills.
</li><li>Ability to work within a team-oriented environment.
</li><li>Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>

Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>
<li>Close vision required.</li>
<li>Verbal communication and manual dexterity are necessary for keyboard operation.</li>
</ul>
Salary Range: $95K-$110K (Salary commensurate with experience)
