Identify individual needs and recommend wireless solutions, devices, and plans accordingly.</li><li>Sales Execution: Drive new postpaid activations, upgrades, add-a-lines, and accessory sales. Maximize every opportunity by attaching Boost Protect insurance, AutoPay enrollment, and multi-line promotions where applicable.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of device features, rate plans, financing options, and current promotional offers to confidently guide purchase decisions and build customer trust.</li><li>Point of Sale Operations: Efficiently operate the POS system to process transactions, activations, financing approvals, and account setups with accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>Upselling &amp; Demonstration: Conduct clear, confident product demonstrations. Upsell compatible accessories and value-added services to enhance the customer&rsquo;s purchase experience.</li><li>Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually compelling sales floor that reflects Boost Mobile&rsquo;s branding standards.
